This project included the demolition of an old community center and constructing a new 6,370 sq. ft. building with a large ballroom, meeting room, kitchen, office, storage, and restrooms for building and park use. In addition a new parking lot, terrace and plaza were built adjacent to the building. The Covello Group provided Construction Management services.
